You can NOW pay your HCSA Bill ONLINE or by PHONE.


You will need to know is the HCSA's Jurisdiction Code (9000) and use the LOCAL PAYMENTS Option. You will be asked information regarding your account and method of payment. Please have your account number available.

Remember, you will need to post or make your payment BEFORE THE CUT-OFF DATE shown on your Bill.

You can also make your payment as late as THE CUT-OFF DATE, however you will need to CALL our (HCSA's) office (434) 575-4240 with the transaction confirmation number so we may verify your payment transaction.

This service is a fee based convenience service and you will be assessed a $3.95 charge per transaction. This fee is charged by OFFICIAL PAYMENTS and NOT by HCSA.
